Frequently asked questions
Is income guaranteed?
No. Earnings depend on the tasks available at the time and on your proof being approved. We never promise a fixed income.
How are tasks approved?
You submit proof with the task. It is reviewed, and if something is missing you get a short window to correct and resubmit.
Why can I only have one account per device?
To keep the platform fair, each device can be linked to one account. Creating extra accounts on the same device is blocked.
What is the difference between the two wallets?
The Live Task Wallet holds Live Task rewards and Live Task commissions. The Referral Wallet holds your welcome bonus and signup commissions. They are always kept separate.
How do I withdraw?
Open Withdraw in the app, choose the wallet and your mobile-wallet account, and submit. You can follow the status of every request.
Can I change who referred me?
No. Your referrer is fixed when you create your account and cannot be changed later by anyone.
